B2B doesn’t have 2B boring, just ask Kayo GPS. This brand was having trouble standing out in a crowded category, so we conducted research with fleet owners to dig deeper into their pain points. They repeatedly told tales of troublemaking drivers who drained their businesses of time and money. These stories led to the creation of Darryl Dewbad, the fictional antihero whose slacking gets stopped by GPS tracking.
